Ministers Reilly’s office reply to my email on Mobility Allowance for a over 65s

Attached is a copy of the email I received last November from the Minister for Healths office regarding the Ombudsman’s office report that it was illegal to refuse Mobility Allowance to suitable persons over 65 years of age. The Department of Health and the Minister continues to break the law, our laws.

If you think the Minister should obey the law send them an email like I did to Minister’s_Office@health.gov.ie and copy your local TD also.

If you don’t speak up who will?
